For 1 month subscriptions, a 14-day money-back guarantee is offered. For subscriptions of 6 months or longer, a 45-day money-back guarantee is provided. This means that within 14 or 45 days of your purchase, a refund can be requested, no questions asked.
To request a refund, the Support Team should be contacted. There are 3 options: Via e-mail to support@cyberghost.ro, via ticket, or via the 24/7 Live Chat by clicking on the button in the lower right corner. The purchase Order Number or Reference Number should be at hand, so that the Support Team can find the account quicker.
If a CyberGhost VPN subscription was purchased via the App Store or iTunes, the account is subject to Apple’s terms of service. A refund will need to be requested through the App Store. Similarly, if a CyberGhost VPN subscription was purchased through a physical gift card or a third-party seller, the seller will need to be contacted for their respective refund policy.
Disabling automatic renewal will not initiate a refund request.
